Earlier this month my dear husband took me on our annual retreat to Redstone, CO, where we enjoyed the mountain snow scenery, the chilled purity of the air and most importantly, the company of one another in front of the fireplace as we enjoyed the fine dining of this historic Redstone Inn. It was our third visit to this location and our third opportunity of finding some much needed peace from our hurried up world. My wish to all of you is that you find your "Redstone Inn", regardless of the true name and location, but a place that you can just remove yourselves from the worries of the world and find peace. It's good for the soul.
Other things we enjoyed along the way....

Looks great mom! We can't wait for a vacation...do you know anyone who can babysit for us? It not that's okay...we'll make other plans...
Did you drink all that? Major hangover!
Great pictures. We need a Redstone Inn. REALLY bad. When are you planning that trip up here to watch our children so we can go search for it? What? Are you worried we won't come back?
