This month has just flown by and today I was reflecting on the past few weeks and then floods of memories came back to me from the past few years. Dave and I just took our boys to Utah this past weekend so that they could start a new chapter in their lives, which means we start a new one as well. We were thinking about all the great things that we have experienced in the past year. The list got longer and longer. The Lord has really blessed us. We both just had a birthday, (so that's a blessing that we lived another year), we dropped our boys off at college in Utah with great hopes for their futures, we went to Germany to receive our Missionary in person in the land of his two year service, we had ALL of our children at church with us for Jake's homecoming, we witnessed the proposal of Ashley and Josh on the steps of the Vernal temple, we bought yet another new car (trading off the last one in hopes of better gas mileage and a more comfortable ride), we went to New Mexico a number of times to Visit Tiff and Todd, and we got our FIRST GRANDBABY! There are many more things to mention but you get the idea. We had a wonderful year.
EVERYONE knows that I love to take pictures and have since most of you were babes or just a twinkle in your parents eyes, (or if you are the parents you remember the annoying flash going off from my direction in your eyes.) Dave and I started working on a project for our children for Christmas (that we might just finish a portion of it by NEXT Christmas), that involved scanning photos. I came across these photos and wanted to share them with you. Some of them brought a tear to my eye. DO YOU REMEMBER WHEN....

A Tear! Good grief mom you had me crying like a baby. I haven't seen those pictures in so long or even thought of those moments in years. Thank you. This is my favorite post yet.

I am never looking at your blog again since the EX WIFE made the cut of FAVORITE memories, and I DID NOT! Hello.......remember me??????? The one who has actually PUT UP WITH JON FOR 14 YEARS. I will be awaiting an apology and a full spread of pictures of me with my eyes OPEN looking decent.
