As most of you know...our son Jacob is very gifted. When he was in the third grade Ms. Thornburg sent him to the office and they called us in to conference regarding his disruptive behavior. We thought the best thing to do was to "harness" that energy and channel it more appropriately. Well, here it is about 15 years later and Jake is breaking into the comedy business. My desire is to send Ms. Thornburg a ticket and reserve a front row seat for her at the opening of Jake's first lead role in a comedy movie. She could very well have been the influence to stifle his creativity but his tenacity to become the comedian he is today came from a deeper source. Way to live your dream Jakey.
