My Sister and Her Girls

Saturday Dave and I attended a graduation for our niece Kate McKenzie in Grandby, CO. It was a 3 1/2 hour drive each way but it was worth every hour of it. To see the smile on Kate's face when I ran into her before the ceremony was priceless. Not to mention the smile on my sister's face when we entered the gym of the school. Kate was well represented by all of her sisters and their families. We were only missing her brother Nick.

We were invited to a nice picnic lunch after the graduation at Kate's dad's house in Grand Lake. The scenery was beautiful (more photos to follow on the scenery). Dave and I stopped off in Glenwood Springs and had a nice soak in the hot springs. Much needed therapy for these arthritic folks.
